Lauren L'Amour

Lauren L’Amour is a speaker, author, spiritual teacher and certified coaching professional with a B.A in economics, M.S. in mental health counselling and more than 20 years of coaching experience. 

 The founder of Courageous Souls Rising Academy and certified Positive Intelligence coach, Ms. L’Amour also holds multiple certifications from leading experts in business, conscious leadership and energy medicine. 

 Lauren’s coaching practice currently specializes in guiding spiritually-led entrepreneurs and women of impact  to discover their life’s purpose and manifest their visions for success. 

 In addition to her coaching practice, Lauren has actively contributed as an advisor to international humanitarian non-profits for the past two decades, focusing on aiding first responders and those displaced by environmental crises and war. 

Notably, she excels in fundraising, volunteer organization and mobilization.

 Before venturing into coaching, Ms. L’Amour co-founded and managed a successful property management and real estate development firm and became a practicing psychotherapist. 

Despite her varied professional roles over the years, she most cherishes the title, mother. Lauren also enjoys spending time in nature with her family, dancing, and contributing to her community through volunteer work.
